Payment for registration can be made by major credit card, debit card, or purchase order (PO). The PO number should be provided by the organization responsible for payment and must be included with each registration.

No refunds are allowed. All individuals who complete the registration process agree to pay Family Education & Support Services the full registration fee, even if they are unable to attend the conference.

You may designate a substitute to attend the conference in your place. You will be able to do so once your registration is complete. To substitute your registration, please contact [email protected] .
